Domestic Shipping (Lebanon):
We offer delivery across Lebanon via our trusted local shipping partners. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 1–3 business days, depending on your location.
International Shipping:
We ship internationally through selected global carriers. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your destination and will be calculated at checkout. For assistance with international shipping, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
Order Processing:

Returns & Exchanges
We hope you’ll love everything you receive from OFF THE SOFA. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Return Conditions:

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, room sprays, diffusers, and scented items cannot be returned if opened or used.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will make it right as quickly as possible.
